Rental Period
All rental periods, start and end location, date and time, are as stated on the Car Rental Contract.
There will be no refund for early return or unused days.
Extensions to hire period are only permitted with prior written confirmation.
All airport meet and greet require a flight number.

Deposit

Our deposit is payable on collection of the car and is refunded in full with no damage to the car.
Any deposit paid by card can only be refunded onto the same card.

Payment
Full total amount as on Car Rental Contract must be made on collection of the vehicle.
Payment can be made by Cash or Credit / Debit card.

Documentation Required
Upon vehicle collection, all drivers must have passport or identity card, and a valid driving license.

Driving License Requirements
All drivers must be in possession of a full eu valid driving license for a minimum of one year.

Delayed Flights and Trains
Any delay in vehicle collection or return must be notified to us as soon as possible, and we will adjust your rental period if possible.

Insurance Conditions
All rates include compulsory insurance for collision and theft.
The following is Not included by any cover
Damage to a third party or to the hire vehicle due to negligent or inappropriate driving.
Loss or damage to any child seat, warning triangle, hi viz jacket, keys, or any other fixed or mobile component of the vehicle.
Damage to the engine through negligence or wrong fueling.
Theft of the vehicle with key left in.
Any damage to vehicle or persons due to driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Any speeding, parking, or traffic fines.
Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
No insurance is valid outside of Spain mainland.

Fuel Policy
All vehicles are rented with a full fuel tank and must be returned the same.
Returning a vehicle without a full fuel tank will incur deposit retention.

Other
We will supply the vehicle agreed, or in the event of any problem with that vehicle, we will supply a vehicle as similar as possible.
In the event of serious damage or theft, we will do everything possible to supply a replacement, but this can not be guaranteed.
